What borrowing is for
Hold a pool token, lock collateral, receive quote (BNB/USDT) up to floor-based limits and available pool liquidity. Not financial advice; borrow adds risk even without classic liquidation auctions.
Costs
| Item | Typical value |
|---|
| Open fee on new borrow | 3% (one-time) |
| Running protocol interest | None |
| Gas | BNB per transaction |
Net quote to wallet is shown in Borrow preview.
UI flow
- Open Trade → Borrow.
- Enter quote you want after fee (follow UI labels).
- Review tokens to lock and optional max tokens safety cap.
- Confirm in wallet.
One address, one loan position per token.
Repay / unlock
- Repay tab: choose collateral to unlock.
- App shows quote to send; excess returns per pool rules.
- If floor rose since borrow, you may unlock some tokens without quote — read full simulation.
Limits
- Pool available quote too low.
- Borrow size rounds to zero.
- Wallet cap below required collateral.
vs traditional lending
- Health tied to floor rules, not hourly oracle liquidators.
- You can still lose if market price falls or you loop exposure.
Tiny collateral dust can remain after full repay due to rounding; UI may block until a future fix.
Loops
Borrow → buy more → borrow again increases exposure. Volatility risk remains.
